While jostling through the corridors
Of my cluttered mind
I came upon a cozy room
A gallery in time

With in the lucent chamber, was
A candle brightly shining
When I reach the glowing light
I saw a canvas hanging

On the canvas was a portrait
Painted by my thoughts
Its playful lines and vivid hues
Brought joy into my heart

While studying it more closely
I began to understand
The picture was a keepsake
A memory etched in time
